The best precaution against such problems is always look for someone who is in the business for some years, reputed web hosting providers are the best solution to most of the problems. Second aspect is to find you what you exactly want your website to do and the appx amount of space it would consume and then go through offers and select one for yourself. Reseller Hosting : This is another area where you must be cautious before you embark upon anything because you want to be a reseller to earn money, to do business and if your hosting provider goes missing you are left with no option but to either close down your shop and loose all your clients or buy space with another reseller hosting provider and accomodate all your clients. Even though this second option could be a bit tricky because it is not necessary that you had kept back up of all your clients. Once again look for credibility and reliability alongwith the pacakge or deal you are getting. Here I would quote an example, " 300 GB web space, 5 TB transfer, host upto 10 domains in one account." How does it sound? Pretty good but is it a good offer for a reseller?
